Ladies and Gentlemen:

First of all, I shall thank President Luke Cheng's invitation; thank my high school classmate Min Zhou's introduction to ICTPA.  I am so happy to be here today at the 20^th  ICTPA, feel so lucky able to meet the world best Chinese transportation engineers in this beautiful resort.

Take this opportunity, I would like to discuss with you for the topic of << The elements to  win the projects in the Chinese New Era>>. You are welcome to bring me any questions in business and project management, I will try to answer it based on my best knowledge.

Past 30 years, China has been truly experiencing historic times of huge growth in economic and social development, people's  living standard has been enormously improved as well, and the transportation industry reach a brand NEW ERA.  All provinces, districts, cities, counties, towns, villages get connected by all type of transpirations. There are so many projects that related with transportation are developing in all over China, new technology are been adopted and used in subways, BRT, VII, ITS, etc.  So many oversea companies are in the passion about to get involved with those great projects. Due to the culture, custom, policy, mentality differences, almost every company experience some difficulties and challenges in every steps, such as identifying, locating, accessing, negotiation, processing, and procedures.
